Golden Star Million Ounces Gold Select

Golden Star Resources Ltd. is now celebrating the fact that its Bogoso/Prestea and Wassa mines in Ghana have now produced one million ounces of gold since Golden Star became a producing company in 1999.

To commemorate this outstanding achievement, the company has created this limited-edition 30mm medallion that features its distinctive emblem on the obverse, accompanied by the slogan "Gold, Growth, Ghana." The reverse features a montage of images that symbolize the company's commitment to continued growth and indicates the remarkable achievement of one-million ounces of gold poured.

Struck in ½ Troy ounce of .999-fine silver, this beautifully-detailed medallion is selectively plated in brilliant 24-karat gold. Each silver and gold medallion is encased in a tarnish-resistant Lucite capsule and packaged in a plush-lined leatherette presentation box with its own certificate of authenticity.
