WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION: We accept purchase orders from established wholesale accounts. All orders must either be in written form by accessing your wholesale account online, or on your own Purchase Order and must include our item number and description. Orders can be faxed to us at (253) 735-2210 or emailed to us at email@example.com. We do not accept verbal orders. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. You can also order through your online wholesale account 24/7.
MININUM ORDER: We do not require a minimum order to be placed. It is our opinion that by working with the customer, we can help build their customer base and inventory thereby boosting their sales for future larger orders. This also gives our wholesalers an opportunity to try our different products and see what sells best without carrying a lot of inventory immediately.
SHIPMENTS: We ship by Federal Express Ground, UPS and US Postal Service. We offer expedited shipping of overnight, 2nd day and 3 day. Orders received after 3:00 PM Pacific Time or received on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. Expedited orders must be in by noon Pacific Time in order to be shipped that day. Next Business Day shipping orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed the first following business day, and arrive the next business day after that. We do not ship internationally. Shipping fees are assessed after a shipment has shipped complete. Shipping charges are calculated to cover shipping, handling, packaging and insurance.
DROP SHIPPING: We offer our wholesalers a “drop ship” option. Drop shipping can occur when the wholesaler, who typically sells in small quantities to the general public, arranges for product to be shipped directly to the customer from Northwest Territorial Mint rather than route the shipment through the retail store. Drop shipping is very common during the holidays and for wholesalers that do not wish to carry a lot of inventory. Northwest Territorial Mint does NOT blind drop ship. If a wholesaler wishes to remove our company name from products and packaging shipping to their customers, the product must be shipped directly to the wholesaler to do this.
PAYMENT: Payments must be made with a credit card for the first 6 months. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If you are interested in opening a net 30 account after your initial 6 months, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-344-6468.
RETURNS: We will accept returns and allow full credit if there is an error on our part in filling your order. If you ordered an item in error, we will accept the return and credit your account for the value of the merchandise returned to us less a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept any returns on engraved items that are incorrect due to no fault of our own. You must call for a return authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning any merchandise. All returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the original order. Merchandise that is not in the original packaging, or is damaged, may be subject to a higher restocking fee.
