Coin PackagingFounded on June 16, 1775, the Quartermaster Corps is America's oldest combat service support branch.

Specializing in global logistics, the Quartermaster Corps is charged with completing a full range of critical resource management and distribution tasks to support the mission of the U.S. Military throughout the world, including general and subsistence supply, field services, and materiel management. The specialty field services undertaken by the Quartermaster Corps include parachute packing, aerial delivery, laundry and clothing exchange, and textile repair. Exhibiting razor sharp technical skills and unwavering dedication to duty, the skilled soldiers of the Quartermaster Corps have served the U.S. Army with distinction for over two hundred years.

This coin salutes the skill and commitment of every member of the Army's Quartermaster Corps, whose dedicated service ensures America's military superiority.

The obverse replicates the design and detail of the Quartermaster Corps' Branch Plaque, which contains an eagle perched atop a wheel with thirteen gold spokes, representing the thirteen original American Colonies. The reverse contains the official seal of the U.S. Army.

Minted in a brass alloy and finished in bronze, this coin is imbued with colorful enamel on both sides. Each coin comes packaged with a detailed header card that describes the mission and history of the U.S Army.
