California Discovery Gold
A MESSAGE FROM SECRETARY OF STATE BILL JONES
"In 1850, the discovery of gold at Sutter's Mill lured people from around the world to the 'Golden State' of California. The luster and allure of our unique state has only brightened with the passage of time as symbolized by this beautiful medallion. It will be a treasured keepsake of this milestone in California history."
