The United States Mint issued the 1994 Vietnam Veterans Memorial Uncirculated Silver Dollar to give tribute to Vietnam Veterans and the Memorial in Washington DC that honors the fallen heroes of that war.

The silver dollar, minted in 90% silver and containing 0.7734 Troy oz of silver, has a diameter of 38.1mm and a weight of 26.73 grams. The obverse was designed by John Mercanti and displays an outstretched hand brushing across a loved one’s name on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The reverse, by Thomas D. Rogers Sr., features three medals awarded during the Vietnam War; the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Minted in 1994 by the US Mint, this coin is in like new condition and includes the original US Mint packaging with certificate of authenticity.
