Interestingly, the 1993 Bill of Rights Commemorative Silver Dollar has no references to the Bill of Rights, only Madison.
The 1993 Bill of Rights Commemorative Proof Silver Half Dollar was minted in 90% Silver and contains .3867 Troy oz of silver. The obverse of the silver half dollar was designed by T. James Farrell and features James Madison, the father of the Bill of Rights, penning the famous document. The reverse, by Dean McMullen, displays the torch of freedom held high and proud.
