Primarily a tool for Chief Petty Officers to rally the crew after a particularly grueling drill, mission, or other suitable reason determined by the top brass, this decapper can also be used by a Chief’s designee or anyone willing to step and take the lead in the fulfillment of refreshing the crew. 

Minted from solid nickel alloy, with stone polished cloisonné enamel, this unique bottle opener meets and exceeds all performance requirements.
