Vietnam War 50th Anniversary In-Theater Veteran Commemorative Insignia - 24K Gold Overlay

A Grateful Nation Remembers

This special insignia celebrates the proud and brave Americans who, a half-century ago, served the cause of freedom in the Vietnam War – from the first Special Forces arrival in 1962 to the last helicopter out in 1975. Their patriotic service inspired countless future generations of military men and women through the courage and resolve they demonstrated in Southeast Asia.

Worn by those who persevered in this most honorable endeavor, these Vietnam War 50th Anniversary In-Theater Veteran Commemorative Insignia have a special 24-Karat Gold overlay, hand-enameled, protected with a lacquer coating, and feature a double safety clutch-back clasp to affix your insignia firmly to cap or lapel to display your service to the world. This commemorative insignia also features a fully enameled replica of the Vietnam Service Medal ribbon, prominently displayed in the brilliant red, yellow, and green of the flag of the Republic of Vietnam. An American eagle surrounds the words “service, valor, sacrifice,” with the ordinal “50th” and the legend, “Vietnam War” completing the design.

Minted in the USA, by the official makers of military medals and insignia, the 50th Anniversary In-Theater Veteran Commemorative Insignia, enhanced with 24k gold overlay, is the thank you the servicemen and women who put their lives at risk on America’s behalf never received upon their return home from this titanic struggle. Whether you are buying this commemorative insignia for yourself, or you are planning to present one as a thank-you gift to someone you know who served in-theater, these insignia are intended to be displayed at veterans’ events and parades, at reunions, at clubs, and especially in daily life. Pinned to a lapel or a cap, it will be worn with great pride by the men and women who were called to risk everything in defense of freedom.
