Trunk Monkey - U.S. Army

Trunk Monkey – U.S. Army

Soldiers draw strength from knowing his brother-in-arms has the rear guard. This coin honors the proud warrior who battles through stressful situations to protect his brothers from danger. The Trunk Monkey covers your blind spot, protecting the weakest defensible position in the convoy. Typically an experienced older soldier, he must have the calm to keep his cool in stressful situations and the discernment to not mistake a family van for a terrorist attack. Give this coin as the perfect gift or reminder for the warriors of our United States Army.

Demonstrating amazing versatility, proven power, and a well-earned reputation for excellence, the U.S. Army has marched in defense of America's freedom for more than 200 years. Carrying the cause of liberty to the far reaches of the globe, the Army has stood firmly against the forces of oppression, supplying hope to those who seek escape from the shackles of tyranny.

Minted in the USA from solid bronze, using special deep-relief coining dies, and hand-finished with an antique patina for exceptional quality and detail, this coin is dedicated to the tough fighting spirit and proud brotherhood of the United States Army. The obverse depicts a battle hardened soldier, rough and ready for a fight, protecting the rear guard of his convoy. The reverse displays the seal of the United States Army.
