In a continuing effort to inspire young collectors, the 2014 American $1 Coin and Currency Set offers a unique set of U.S. coins and currency. Each of the sets includes a 2014 Native American coin and a $1 Federal Reserve note, along with a tri-fold presentation folder that includes information about the coin and dollar, history about the Lewis and Clark Expedition, and a certificate of authenticity.

Both the 2014 Native American $1 coin and $1 Federal Reserve note are in uncirculated condition, with the coin featuring a uniquely enhanced uncirculated finish. The 2014 Native American $1 coin, designed by Chris Costello and Joseph F. Menna, commemorates how Native American hospitality ensured the success of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. The obverse depicts the central figure of the Sacagawea design first produced in 2000. The reverse shows a Native American man offering a pipe while his wife presents provisions of fish, corn, roots, and gourds, as well as an image of William Clark’s compass highlighting "NW," the area in which the expedition occurred, in the background.

The coin and note were produced in 2014 by the US Mint. Every item in the set is in like new condition and the set includes the original U.S. Mint packaging with certificate of authenticity. With a production limit of 50,000, this set is sure to be a valued item in any collection for years to come.
